About DR. RAJESH A. AHIRRAO M.Pharm. Ph.D

Dr. Rajesh Arjun Ahirrao working as a Principal in P. G. College of Pharmaceutical Science and Research, Chaupale, Nandurbar, Maharashtra, India, which is affiliated with DBATU, Lonere, Raigad, Maharashtra. He completed his B. Pharmacy from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, securing the first rank in the final year exams, M. Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka and obtained his Ph. D from JJT University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

Dr. Rajesh Ahirrao has over 20 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels, having mentored more than 100 B. Pharmacy students to date. His research interests include the phytochemical investigation, characterization, and anticancer activity of medicinal plants, as well as the pharmacological screening of their anti-arthritic, anthelmintic, antioxidant, antiulcer, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory activities.

Dr. Rajesh Ahirrao is recipient of the "Best Researcher Award" in 2^nd International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science and Medicine which is held on 16 & 17 November 2019 in Visakhapatnam, India by VDGOOD Professional Association.

He has received the “Maharashtra Ratan Award” in memory of Late Sh. Bhavya Nidhi Sharma which is held on 26^th September 2021 in Lucknow, India.

He has received "Excellence Service Award" in International Research Award on Science, Technology and Management which is held on 14&15-May-2022 in Chennai, India.

He has received "Best Researcher Award" in International Research Awards, which is held on 28^th January 2023 in Trichy, India and Received "Outstanding Research Award" in Venus International Foundation which is held on 20^th July 2024 in Chennai, India.

He has appointed as a speaker at “2^nd World Conference on Breast Cancer and Cancer Research" scheduled in Bangkok, Thailand on 28-29 November, 2024 and appointed as a speaker at "5^th International Conference on Cancer and Breast Cancer" scheduled in Dubai, UAE on 3-4 November, 2025. He has been appointed as “a Judge and Chairperson” for the 2^nd PharMAIR International Conference at Shri D. D. Vispute College of Pharmacy & Research Center, Panvel, Mumbai.”

Dr. Rajesh Ahirrao has published over Seventy (70) scientific papers in national and international journals and presented and attended Thirty (30) papers at national and international conferences. He has published and granted Three (03) patents. One (01) candidate successfully completed a Ph.D. under his co-guideship, and he is currently guiding four (04) Ph.D. scholars for their thesis as a co-guide. He has written more than Twelve (12) books and more than Two (2) book chapters in books published by Taylor and Francis. He has been serving as an editorial board and advisory member for several reputed journals.
